Little kettle fried chicken

Howdy folks!! Was in the mood for fried chicken and all the fixens yesterday..good some chicken breasts thawed, dusted with a couple layers of egg wash and flour seasoned with cayanne and Penzys Northwoods! Sat out side after one of the many rain storms and watched the crazy clouds while the performer warmed up!

Got some chicken cooking!!






Did some simple milk gravy too!


All plated with taters, steamed corn and biscuits!!

Good ole comfort food on the kettle!! Take care folks!!
