Little chickens on the charcoal summit.

This is how I started my fire for this cook. Used the minion method. Not sure if this is how Weber suggest to cook on this thing. It was a quick cook.

1. Started my fire 1/2 chimney. Used the fire starter that comes with the grill
2. Wrapped the heat diffuser in foil. I know it's hinged but I knew I didn't need to add charcoal for this quick cook. Plus easy clean up.
3. Placed the chicken in the grate and cooked until done.
4. Temp gauge only off by 10.
5. Noticed it was very fuel efficient.

Half way there

This was the charcoal that was used. I started this fire again today for some sausages.

Thanks for looking.

I am glad to see the temperature gage measure so closely to the iGrill.

Nice looking birds.

Thanks for sharing!

You had a good amount of fuel left there. How long was the cook?

Birds look good!

Great work, Tony! Thanks for the review of the new Summit. It looks like you have a handle on using the new system. I am Officially Impressed (as well as Officially REALLY Jealous:o).

Keep on smokin',
