3 large slugs in the form of country style ribs... 4 and a half pounds total
seasoned with BBQ3000 form Penzey's + Pig Rub from Jacob's Meats
got the 26"OTG situated with coal on each side then tossed the pork in the middle
apple wood for smoke, this went on for four hours at 275ºF
I guess we're on a pasta kick cuz this pig was laying on it with oven roasted Swiss chard and
tomatillos, fennel, zucchini, peppers and onions.
a little leftover that'll not stand a chance surviving much longer.
