Well I may not be able to burn charcoal in the woods but I can still take bbq wings with me! Heading out tomorrow not returning until the 5th. Everyone here have a safe and enjoyable 4th. These guys marinated for 2 days. Cherry and KBB high temp. Boiled the marinade down and glazed half way through. These guys have some zing to them! Made double batch of marinade.
Marinade-Finishing sauce
1/4 cup gochujang (I used Sambal Oelek)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vineger
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
