Korean BBQ Chicken on a Warm Day

Ran across a Korean BBQ chicken marinade that I wanted to try.

Did up some bakers on the gasser

I did up some thighs and used the vortex on the JJ to grill them.

you beat me to that question, where did you acquire that grate ?

I did cut a hole in the grate for the vortex. I replaced the one with the hole with a new one with the flip up sides. Works great.

Here's the recipe for the marinade. I usually leave the chicken in it for at least 4 hours.
