Just a Thank You

6000 posts in 27 months, amazing for me to stick with something this long. I wanted to do something special for this milepost, but what.
I don’t really do gourmet stuff nor do I have the skills to do that and we’ve all seen some spectacular cooks by the great chefs on the forum many times.

What to do?
Barb and I are blessed with the friendships we have made with all the great folks on here and appreciate all the encouragement we’ve received to better our grilling skills and BBQ. We have learned a lot. I never would have thought I would be making bacon, unbelievable.

Also good humor and fun things that happen here daily, it truly is a fun place.

What to do?
I think I will keep it simple and just say thank you to all our friends out there who have shared their knowledge and skills and great recipes. I would list some names but the list would be too long and you know who you are.

Congrats on 6000 Rich! Just want you to know...I think you give as much as you get here. I (and I'm sure many others) have received many valuable tips from you!

Congrats on the big 6000, always do like seeing yours and Barb's post on your cooks. So many things you two post are things we end up trying.

What if you do your first cook you posted here???

That would have been a great idea Tony. I went back to see what that was and it was an injected pork loin. And guess what, you were the first one to respond to my first cook on the forum.
How strange is that!
 
We were up in Oregon on the 25th and I missed this Rich. Wanted to say congratulations and say thank you to you and Barb for all your contributions to this forum. Love to look at all of your cooks, which look gourmet to me, and admire your attention to detail, wit and humor.
