Hey Bob,
I just did a pork butt on my 22" Kettle weekend before last, so I'm thinking beef. My brother recommended doing a chuck roast as "poor mans burnt ends" which sounds mighty tasty, but in all honesty it'll probably depend on what's on sale and looks good when I get to the store after cleaning 'er up. I'll keep you posted!
