brined then seasoned a few thin pork chops with Penzey's Jerk Pork rub and lime juice

indirect / direct / indirect / and direct again until they reached a 143ºF internal temp...

Looks like perfection. Garden green beans have been blooming for a week, can't wait til I can put some of them on a plate like that!
 
Jim delicious looking chops and anything you put Punzeys on is always great. But going into that store you can get into a lot of trouble lots to pick from. Money Money!!!!!!
 
I think bone-in chops are the best, and yours look outstanding Jim!
Had planned to fry some this week, now I'm having second thoughts after seeing yours from the grill.
