I love you once - I love you twice - I love you more than chicken and rice! Oops: no rice, it's barley time. One of my shorter posts (big sigh of relief from the peanut gallery!) Chicky thighs dusted w/ Adobo, resting



on Round Red for about a half hour, indirect, with a couple of hickory chunks.



I Maulled most of 'em with the last of my Onion Bits, but I kept a few unscathed: they were just so dang pretty



and plated with a very nice tasting barley, 'shroom and onion deal Cindy made up. And a green, black and red salad

Smack me in the face. That chicken looks outstanding!!! I usually remove the skin, but scoring it like that looks so nice. (Admitting thievery here) I am interested in the barley, 'shroom and onion deal. You wouldn't want to shoot that recipe my way would you?
 
Fantastic looking chicken!!! That barley dish looks really good too. I really like barley but don't cook with it very often.
