I kind of threw this together, didn't go off a recipe.  A friend at work cooks a lot of Indian food and he told me to throw it all together and let the spices do the work.
I put the spices on chicken thighs and let them sink in overnight. Here are the players.

I got the onions started in the CI.

I added chopped tomatoes and the seasoning.
		
		
	
	
		
	
While the veggies were cooking down I cooked the chicken thighs.

Then I added the chicken thighs to the veggies and added a little white wine.

I let this simmer for 20 minutes and added a little milk, the chicken was tender enough to shred.

Served over brown rice.

This was a very flavorful dish, a little on the spicy side but I was expecting that.
