Independence Day Wings Four Ways

For the 4th we made chicken wings 4 different ways.

Sweet and Spicy wings with Sriracha, Honey and Lime
Peach Bourbon Wings
Hawaiian Chicken Wings
Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

Sides were Apple Pie Filling and Root Beer Beans.
Barb made a classic homemade Potato Salad.

Used the performer with the vortex.

The wings were incredibly good from spicy to sweet, skin was just about perfect and the sides were a perfect fit with the wings.

It's light brown sugar.

It was a toss up between the Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce and the Peach Bourbon Wings.

Ok Jeff here is the recipe. Now you can add or delete your choice. I just chop everything up and add what I think is right.

Potato Salad

5 med. potatoes cooked and cubed
Sweet Pickle Relish 2-3 Tbsp.
Hard boiled eggs 5 4 chopped the last for the top sliced
Red onion chopped 1/2 cup
Celery 1 1/2 stalks chopped
Bacon 4 slices cooked and chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Majo 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp.
Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 -3/4 Tsp.

I mix the dressing together in small bowl. Then I put everything else in a larger bowl and add the dressing a little at a time. Depending on how large your salad is you may need more. I just go by the look and taste. Then I slice my last egg and put on the top and add Smoke Paprika for color.
