Picked up some St Louie spares and seasoned them up..smoked them for 4 1/2 hours at 250...good stuff..this is my second attempt at this post..hit the wrong dam button and wiped out my lengthy post so I will let the pics talk for me...


















Turned out real tasty...they were served up with smokey beans and slaw...I glazed them with Rufus Teage sweet heat...sorry no plated pics...I was too busy watching the Green Bay game (wish I missed that one)!!

Some mighty fine St Louies! Killer bark & Killer smoke ring. Those bacon peppers, those beans and especially that beer! That looks like some mighty fine beer, the closest thing we have to that would be Tailhook and I'll bet it ain't even close
 
Morgan with a cook like that ain't no need for words! Been to the Alaskan brewery and the guys that work there are some real goof balls, but sure is good beer.
 
Excellent!! Gotta love the pup pics :). And the beer with the mountains in the background. I miss the mountains :(.
