Hunters Moon Pork Steak

We decided to try some pork steak on the grill. Marinated it overnight w/ Canola Oil, Tatonka Dust, Memphis Dixie Dust & Cabella's Open Season All-Purpose.
On to the grill, on med. heat charcoal with some lump
turning twice
While Rose patiently waits
Off the grill
And the hunters moon
