Not sure where I got this bright idea but it turned out pretty good! I think I was hoping to replicate the first wings I ever had (remember), made by my mom maybe ~28 years ago (Tabasco & baked but you know...)
So I took ~16 oz of Franks Extra Hot Wing, added an obscene amount of garlic powder, some dehydrated minced jalapeno, sesame seeds, sesame oil (~1.5tsp), a little Smokin Marie (new to me, Beware is my favorite), a little black pepper..........and that's probably about it.
I pre-heated the pan of sauce on the stove, then mixed the wings into it & stirred it every 5 or so minutes on the grill....
I took them out after ~15 minutes & above the coals direct for a minute or two, then back into the 12" skillet.......... got them to where they looked good
Enjoyed with some of my favorite homemade ranch: http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?56663-Ranch-Dressing-amp-Dip
