His and Hers Filet Mignon Steaks

Tuesday night steaks.
Garlic olive oiled, and a generous dose of this:

It's a store brand, but made by Adams Extracts.

Started them on a GrillGrate.

Then moved to the regular grate, and rotated and flipped for an all over char.
Topped with butter while coming up to 135 internal.

Nuked a couple of potatoes, made a salad from a bag mix, and supper was ready in a flash.

I got lucky getting this cook in between storms that brought us much needed rain.

Gorgeous looking steak Bob. I'm going to keep my eye out for that rub. Envious over the rain. It's supposed to cool down to just 100 here today!
