Tuesday night steaks.
Garlic olive oiled, and a generous dose of this:
It's a store brand, but made by Adams Extracts.
Started them on a GrillGrate.
Then moved to the regular grate, and rotated and flipped for an all over char.
Topped with butter while coming up to 135 internal.
Nuked a couple of potatoes, made a salad from a bag mix, and supper was ready in a flash.
I got lucky getting this cook in between storms that brought us much needed rain.
