Here is my 2025 grill that i will be restoring, Genesis 1

I am not sure..

I don't know if they even come in varying thicknesses. I would probably just put in Weber branded ones for both if you want as close to stock as possible. They will be more expensive than Chinesium, but more in lines with being stock and it is a "no expense spared" build, right???

Well, in your case, I would consider Weber branded flavo bars and grates as acceptable expenses to keep as close to stock as possible.

Do you think the 13 flavorizer bars were also porcelain ?
Yes they were. Stainless ones had not been created yet.

And, yes, the Genesis 1 came with stamped porcelain coated steel grates. If you are going to use this grill, I wouldn't hesitate to go with something like stainless rods, but porcelain coated grates may not be as bad as some of us tend to feel about them. You can still buy new ones, or, if you want to go all out, you can probably find an old OEM Weber set still in the box.

Thanks Jon
The grill will never be used by me.
I have new porcelain grill grates for the grill, I'll just have to buy porcelain flavorizer bars.
