Beautiful weekend in Southern Oregon. Need rain and snow in the worst way but gotta love a sunny Sunday.
Was amazed at some lower beef 🥩 prices (finally) and got some chuckeyes on Friday and tee’d them up with a little Worcestershire and some rub.
Had to start with a classic Old Fashion…047F7368-10A8-430A-98CA-E37D24E61A89.jpegTaters on the top rack of the Genesis Gold B and some Chucks on the bottom! Looks fantastic! That’s one of my favorite meals. Love red wine, and Old Fashioneds too!

Often better than ribeyes. Great cook and pics. I’m sure your fully enjoyed that chuckeye. Nice way to wash it down too.

I had some chucks this last week about the same size, soft, tender. And juicy. Yours look great even better on the plate shot. Nice job.
