Got some nice lamb shoulder chops and cut them into chunks for kebabs. Used some Mediterranean seasoning and a few cherry chips for smoke. Here is how it came together:
Served on some Greek salad with some bread and roasted garlic hummus:
Thanks! I have had it almost a year and use it a bit, but have mostly used it on veggies, which is probably why is still looks fairly clean. I am impressed by how well it holds up!
