Hatch's are in so I thought burgers in the CI would go good. 80/20 ground sirloin, onion, roasted hatch chili's. Then into a smoking hot CI pan on the performer.
Plated up with macaroni salad, tomato salad, and broccoli and carrots. Served on pretzel buns with gouda cheese and rooster sauce.
I love Hatch chiles, I love burgers, so this is a winning combo in my book, Tim! Your burgers must have had some very flavorful crust after getting seared on a well seasoned cast iron pan.
