And a coupla finished pics. Best ribs I've done in a while - I've had a tendency to overestimate how long they take and end up overcooking. Was pairing these with some leftover sides today, so when the ribs were ready, I almost was. Could have taken them off a little earlier, but we all still enjoyed them.

Excellent looking ribs Jim. One of the sides looks like a quinoa salad we do too. Ours has a bit of a vinegar dressing and is great with BBQ.

At our place I had great success with a HH brisket, a nice Sunday.
