Garlic diced small, a pinch of salt as an abrasive and mash with the back of the knife into a paste, do the same with 6 fillets of Anchovies. Two egg yolks, tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, S&P, mix well, add 3 tbsp of fresh grated Parmigiano, then start drizzling a good EVOO while whisking.

Bill, I have to admit that your anchovies picture scared me for a minute as I thought they were going into the burgers. Hmmm will he try this?

I thought the same as Tom and Bob at first, I scrolled thru the pics really fast and thought the anchovies went into the burgers and thought your drink was a funny looking Ceaser. It pays to learn how to read!!!!:D

Great looking burgers and Salad Bill!! I have never had an authentic Ceaser salad even though it was invented just south of the border from me.

A simple meal like burgers and Bill turns it into a night at the Ritz! Nicely done, nicely done

What a great cook, Bill. I'm going to make that Caesar Salad the next time I cook. I even have some left over anchovies from my last pizza cook. The burgers look delicious also. Really like the buns too. Very nice pictures, especially the closing shot!

Fantastic cook Bill! Great finish to a great meal. I like it when someone really knows how to make a Caesar salad and does it properly - yours is just perfect! Burgers look delicious; it's all great!
