I used probably 5 oz Marie Sharp's Beware (habanero sauce), and probably just under that amount of Raspberry jam. Then I added a little over a teaspoon of corn starch as it warmed, stirred as it simmered, and took it off the heat before it had simmered for 40 seconds or so.
What's your favorite hot sauce? Have a habanero one or jalapeno?
The one I used isn't a ridiculously hot one but has lots of good flavor (and heat). I'll probably try terriyaki with minced jalapeno soon.
