Well the effortless way. If i had a rotis i would have used it 4sure. Or even made one big skewer and cut it every 3-5 mins. But that is not the case with -10c outside. Anyways...Here we GO:

Porkneck:

Sliced:

Marinated for 3h and on skewers.(put it in a plastic bag and as the picture will tell ya the marinade dident hit all the pork)

Onto a 350f fire. 1 turn. 10 min/side.

Chopped up(not really just cut lengthwise)

Served with some green sides...And a Sourcream sauceÉmilie´style.

Served in Corn Pitas.(Mexican style...Atleased the package said so ;) )

Not pretty...But tasty!

Thats all folks.

That looks so darn good, I love gyros and yours are the best I've seen. Can I get mine without the corn?

That looks really good. You cooked the whole thing didn't you? That would be a lot more than the four skewers we see right? Should have been enough to feed an army.

small confession to make, don't remember ever eating a gyro, but...
I would love for my first Greek gyro to be made by a pair of sweet Swedes!
Stunning cook and pics bro and sis!

Daniel - awesome, as usual! I was wondering where this was going with the meat shots and the toppings...but the gyro shots looks absolutely incredible!!!
