Green chile, steak, flatbread pie

Just me last night, so I cooked for just me.
Hatch flame roasted green chile for the sauce, leftover sirloin steak, garden fresh tomato, and fresh mozzarella.

Perfect personal size pie.

No GrillFest event this year, but hope everyone fires up a kettle this weekend.
 
Great way to use leftovers and still fire up the Weber. The 505 has some kick to it.
 
You had me at 'Green Chile'. And you really blew me away with the rest. Looks like that was a great tasting pie.
 
Killer looking meal for one Bob!!! Been seeing a lot of Hatch sauces at the store lately, don't know if I just wasn't paying attention before or it is just getting really popular now.
