Greek chicken kebobs with red pepper and zukes

I’ve got some chicken breasts thawed and was thinking about kebabs, now I have LESS work to do!

Yeah, no time wasting pre cutting everyone’s food and threading veggies onto raw chicken (bad idea too as chicken is done at 155°+ and veggies take less time and temp too).

Keep your chicken in larger chunks to help keep them moist. Pull the breast pieces at 155° for perfect results, tend, rest for 5 mins, and enjoy. Cleanup was simple too. Everyone was happy.
