Glazed Applesmoked Ham.

hi..
Last night i did a glazed and smoked ham, it turned out really well.
bought a 4lbs ham, speared it, gave it around 2hours with plenty of applesmoke.
when 20 minutess left, i started glazing it with a glaze of mustard and brownsugar and some capt.morgans spiced rum for fun.
when 5 minutes left i removed the tin and went high on all burners.

















 
Awesome job on the ham, it looks so delicious. I'm a ham nut love the stuff and yours is spot on.
 
Looks delicious, Jerry! Was the thermometer on the rotisserie something you came up with, or I'd it come that way?
 
I'm not going to let my wife see the pix of that.
I would have to drop everything, go get a ham & then cook it immediately.
