soaked two nice thick pork rib chops in 12oz of ginger ale for a few hours
then seasoned them with Penzey's Galena Street rub
grilled direct a few minutes...
...then indirect until they reached a proper internal temp
served then with thick baked potato slices and steamed carrots with broccoli.
and a cold brew.
