Friday nite strippers( trying to get back on my schedule)

Evening folks...been a crazy crazy week and I needed some grilled vittles!! Quick strip Tri tips an sides...oh and booze of course!
Started some little taters!

And some shrooms!

Things are lookin good!

Creamed the shrooms with sour cream and worst sauce!

Meat up to bat!

Side two!

All plated up with steamed Gus....creamed shrooms and beer of course!

Wow lets eat...yum...good meal!

Got something workin over there too!

We'll talk more about that tomorrow if it turns out!! Little hint...low heat and alder smoke!!
