Friday Night Brats

This is turning out to be a sausage weekend. More on that later. We were hungry for some brats, It's been a while. Did these up Friday.

The stuff.





Cooked the peppers in the butter.



Added beer to pepper/spice mixture and moved over to indirect. Brats on direct.





Moved brats into beer bath (Beck's) and smothered with the pepper mixture. About another 15 minutes.





Plated with my wife's potato salad.
