First Cook Lodge Sportsman - Tri Tip

Takes me back 20+ years but I finally have a Sportsman again, this one named "Rusty Robert T"

I forgot how much I like open grilling. Decided to break this one in cooking up some Tri Tip

Fired up and ready to go:

Going on

First flip and bring on the taters started previously today on my 22" Kettle

Added some white oak for flavor

Done

Sliced

Plated

It was fantastic. These lil BBQ's sure can cook
