It has been 112 degrees here at the house the last two days. Getting a break this weekend. It's cooling down to around 100. I'd told my wife I'd do burgers so I did them Thursday night to avoid cooking in the kitchen. Really wasn't in to it and I kind of got lazy with pictures and forgot the finished burgers and plate. Anyway, here goes.
Ground some burger early Thursday morning. Froze 3 lbs. and held another pound for tonight's burgers. Used sirloin tip and chuck steaks.



Premium Deli Cheddar on mine.

My wife wanted Swiss.

A double for me.

Single for Wifey.
