With a tip of the hat to Mr Correll , here is my version of the world famous egg Mcbob . Using up leftovers from yesterday's St paddy's day jamboree.

Fired up my little cast iron skillet and tried a trick I saw on the interweb....using a mason jar lid for an egg ring. Worked ok.

Warmed up the corned beef and sliced a leftover grand bisquit..here it is partly assembled...

Looks dang good!

I tried frying up an egg using a biscuit cutter as a mold, but the egg ran out from under. Going to try that mason jar trick next time.

Frankly Frank, your McFrank is freaking fantastic my friend!

I had another favorite breakfast egg sammie this morning:
toast, mayo, dill pickles, and an egg.

ps, Andy's spicy purchased, hope to mail it tomorrow.

oh man! That is a serious breakfast treat - We have biscuit cutters that we cook eggs in - same thing as Ricardo, tend to run out unless the pan is super hot. Have to try me a mason jar lid next. looks great - hope you hada good St Paddys!
