Hi everyone!
2 or 3 weeks ago my wife and I was invited to a picnic on Easter Sunday.I was handed a print out of a recipe from the host from marthastewart.com as a suggestion to cook for the picnic. The recipe was titled "New York City Hot Dog"
Here is the link if anyone interestedhttp://www.marthastewart.com/865219/new-york-city-hot-dog The recipe called for boiled dogs and steamed buns and a quick kraut.I have nothing against boiled dogs and I have never been to New York so I twisted the recipe quite a bit.I lived in Los Angeles for like six years and followed the Dodgers(Tommy Lasorda days)so I figured I would do grilled Dodger dogs with the Martha Stewart quick kraut.
Now it was time to find Dodger dogs herein San Diego! Farmer John's website led to a dead end,so I made many phone calls and had my whole fleet of drivers looking for them.Day's went by and I couldn't find my Dodger dogs.I texted John Solak to see if he knew where they had Dodger Dogs here and sure enough John Solak texted me and found me Dodger dogs! Thanks again John!!!
I took my JJ that I got @ Target's clearance sale and my Weber table arrived just in time for the picnic.Really love the ride height of the grill on the table

It was "SUPER" windy yesterday so I couldn't get any action shot's. Kept the lid on as much as I could. Here is a couple of plated pics. To the left is a Dodger dog with the quick kraut and Dijon and to the right is a Dodger dog with grilled onions relish and Dijon. Just the way I like it!

Our friend Momoe and Chris recently went to Germany and this is Momoe's version of Curry Wurst (A German street food) This was very delicious!!! Once I get her recipe I would love to share it with everyone here!

Here is a pick of the original Budweiser from the Czech Republic. Tastes nothing like Budweiser here.It tasted alot better! More fresh and crisp!

Finally the Beauty and the Beast! Wifey says Hi! to everyone on TVWBB!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week everyone!!!
