Mark, you should know by now that I am a paper recipe lover. lol
I won't bore you with how, but today I picked this book to work on (printing out recipes we might make some day.)

and I checked amazon to see what other cookbooks he had.
Hi Lynn, same here. I am hoping to change that. But I have been spending so much time elsewhere here that I am not getting much done in his book except read the beginning, which is interesting. I was surprised to find out that he moved to Florida. Wonder if he is still here.

I am trying to really cut back on buying any more cookbooks, but this looks like a good one. What to do, what to do?
Dr. BBQ did a Q&A here on the forum back in 2005. You can check it out here:
Funny you ask this. I ran into him several years after he did our Q&A and suggested he might come back for another visit, to promote his latest book, etc. He said no, he didn't see the point in doing another Q&A. I think he thought he would just get all the same questions again and it would be too repetitive.Chris, do you think you could get him to come back for some more questions or just to say hello and bring us up to date on what he has been doing?
