Deer wellington

Was gifted a beautiful loin from a deer by a co-worker on Friday. Wife turned a chunk of it into Wellington. Came out fantastic. Served with butternut squash and a goat cheese, beet and arugula salad. Now enjoying a fantastic Pinot from the good people in the Willamette. Cheers!
