CSRs and Gyros

Was back home a few weeks ago and went to Weber Grill for family dinner.

Love to have this baby for patio! Wouldn't budge on selling it!

Country Spare Ribs got some Lamberts and then over the coals before into the pan with Stubbs.

CI filled with shrooms, onion, and zukes.

Fork tender!

Added tomato and corn.

Plated with cheese added to the veggies! Thanks Tony R!

Lamb gyro's, seasoned with S&P and oregano.

I'd eat that, even if I don't know what a csr is.

CSR is a country style rib (sliced pork shoulder)...... Bob Correll & Jim Lampe (and many others including Tim!) seem to have perfected them. They're often seen falling out of a crock pot (still good) by people who've never seen this site :)

Nice lookin Red Whit & Blue kettle! RE: the gyro meat - I take it it was good? I have to try that!

Top notch cookin' Tim!
Would like to eat at the Weber Grill some day.
Thanks Bob! It's not like it used to be. Since they've expanded to more than 1 place the quality has gone down.
