Cornish Game Hens

Spatchcocked a couple of game hens seasoned with some Lawry's, black pepper, and granulated garlic then on to the rotisserie.



Side dish of teriyaki noodles, sauteed coleslaw mix with lo mein noodles and some Soy Vey teriyaki sauce.


Dinner!!
