Saturday night started out with Pepper Stout Beef






On Fathers Day we shared a couple of 2"thick Ribeyes, baked tater and creamed spinach




Then Deep dish pizza, not the best I have done, sauce was a bit runny but still tasted good. Bread was just some stale rye bread i made into crouton for a salad.




Yesterday we had Chili Verde and refried beans




 
John you out did yourself again awesome job on everything. Like Rich said PSB is on for this week also.

Just telling liz yesterday, I have done pepperStout beef in quite sometime...
maybe with ribs for the National Holiday approaching...
 
Awesome cooks John, your pizza looks great! I haven't heard of the pepper stout beef before but that's another one now on my list.
