That's right, Cookie. Not plural. Did a 10 inch Chocolate Chip Cookie in my cast iron pan. Used my 26 OTG for this cook. Used 4 fire half bricks to help even out the heat in the kettle. Kettle held a perfect 350 for 45 minutes. Came out delicious. Here's some pic's.
Whisked together some flour, baking soda and salt.

In mixing bowl, mixed unsalted butter, white sugar until smooth.

Added an egg, vanilla, mixed. Added in flour mixture, mixed. Added dark chocolate chips
.
Spooned into 10 in cast iron pan.

Place on Kettle, indirect, for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, cookie should be golden brown around edge and soft in center.

Allow to cool on rack for about 20 minutes.

Ready to eat.

Kids will love this. I did too. You can eat it straight, with ice cream or just a glass of milk. Wine or beer works too! Thanks for looking.
