Chuck Eye Steaks with Brown Ale Mushroom and Onions, and Herb Butter Salt Potatoes

Finally, the local grocery had Chuck Eye Steaks. I made Brown Ale Mushroom and Onions with a touch of Pecan Smoke and SWMBO made some salt potatoes with herb butter. Bottom Line: Yummo!



Don't mind the filets -- they are tomorrow's lunch.
