Ahh man I'm gonna do that! I have a almost an entire point fully cooked vaccum sealed in the freezer ment for some burnt ends. Gonna put some aside for this.
I'll get banned from this forum but I can't say I'm overly crazy about a sliced brisket. However; the thought of some chopped brisket with BBQ sauce sounds like a winner!
PS: I love burnt ends, too, be it from a brisket or chuck roast.
