first I had to work up an appetite:
and with a little inspiration from the board, & Barb D's pizza dough recipe, I got it going on
That's 2 cups flour, so a little less than a half of a loaf of bread, 8oz mozzarella cheese, and most of what was left of my last batch of chili CO (sauce & chicken topping)
I thought about grilling it but it went into my oven @ 550F for 8 minutes, then back in for another 4 with the oven off since I didn't think the chicken was warmed all the way through.
