Decided it was time for another meatloaf. Here is the lineup of ingredients. Mixed everything together but the hard boiled eggs and bacon. Divided the meat and placed 2 hardboiled eggs down the center then I put the chopped homemade bacon around the eggs topped with rest of meat.

That is one uptown meatloaf Barb! The taters look awesome too. It looks like it is winking at you from the plate...

Great job Barb. I do the egg in a whole for breakfast, going to have to try the egg in a meatloaf thing.

You know, I'm barely able to SEE the notch! I have my sister and brother in law coming next weekend and am trying to sort out a menu for the six feasts that weekend. Without spending a fortune, I am unimpressed with most local places. For the price of four dinners at them I can cook a lovely arrival feast for four, "family dinner" for what will be eight (normally six) and another dinner for four on Sunday evening.
A nice big meatloaf like that might be a great Sunday dinner! Roasted potatoes and......

Why did the duck cross the road?
He was tied to the chicken.

I've never seen a better looking meatloaf, and Rich's spuds ain't too shabby either!
