Decided it was time for another meatloaf. Here is the lineup of ingredients. Mixed everything together but the hard boiled eggs and bacon. Divided the meat and placed 2 hardboiled eggs down the center then I put the chopped homemade bacon around the eggs topped with rest of meat.
Loaf ready for the Performer with #5 sauce. Cooked indirect with cherry wood for smoke. Basted with #5 sauce, cooked for about 1 ½ hours during the last 45 minutes basted every 15 minutes.
Rich made some cheese and onion potatoes which he said being after 5 pm there was no calories
Meatloaf ready to come in along with the potatoes which cooked on the E320 gasser for 45 minutes indirect. Loaf resting before cutting.
Plated pics with second side of broccoli and carrots. Everything was great.
