Cajun fried chicken tenders

Had a craving this weekend so I whipped up some spicy fried chicken strips and cob corn. Me and my girls letting the coals get hot.

started some corn and marinated and breaded chicken...

That looks very good, I do not fry food very often, but the idea of doing it outside and keeping all that from being in the kitchen is very appealing to me. I will be trying this the next time the fam cries for some homemade fried chicken strips.

Me neither but sometimes you gotta do it! I cook all my seafood outside too. Doesn’t stink up the house!

Oh yeah 3 or 4 times a year we make a homemade fried chicken strips recipe at home, it is so good, but man my little house stinks like fried food for days. I will be trying this technique this summer.
