Burger Night with Hash Browns

Was on the road yesterday for nearly five hours. Decided a nice burger would suit me to wrap up the day. Here's some pic's.

Here are the fixings for the burger. Some 80/20 and two slices of good deli cheddar with a lot of the usual stuff too.



Got a chimney going.



Got some store bought hashbrowns going on the JJ.



Flipped for side two.



Got about a half pound patty going.



Gave it a flip.



Got a few mushrooms ready.



Burger with cheese.



Mayo and Catchup. Going to be messy.

Funny you should ask, Russ. I'd seen them several times on various posts on the board. I've looked for them too but couldn't find them either. Then last evening when I rolled into town, I stopped at Safeway and there they were. They're Ore-Ida, nine to a pack.

Excellent looking burger, and craftmans work on cutting the burger for the photograph. I usually spill everything out when I go to cut it in half.
