Put some frozen seasoned curly fries on my grill pan over indirect heat for about 30 minutes. While those were going, did some burgers topped with gorgonzola on a toasted bun. The fries turned out just as crispy as a fryer would have done. I know that frozen fries are par-fried once, but just glad they get just as crispy without having to fry them again.
