I guess it comes down to who is putting out "the facts". I believe the above post but I also believe what scientists put out.

OTOH, remember:

1)alcohol is good/alcohol is bad
2)red wine is good/red wine is bad
3)coffee is good/coffee is bad--then it's good again lol
4)red meat is ok/red meat is bad

and so on and so on . . . . . . . .

Moderation in all things otherwise, what's the point in denying yourself small pleasures that you enjoy?

Might as well as put me in a box and set me adrift on an ice flow----with a maple smoked rib in one hand and ice-cold frostie in the other.
