Brisket on the Ranch

Bought a 14# Prime last week at Cosco but had no time last weekend to cook it. Had time today. Closed the lid on the Ranch at 7:45am. Temp settled in at 240. Flat probed like jello at 190. Removed and let the temp fall to 155 now it's wrapped up for an hour in a half. Small sample was awesome.

That looks great, Bob! I don't blame you for saving the point for later. That's what I always tried to do, serve the flat and save the point. However, my family has finally learned, after my son started hollering that he wanted his from the point on my last few cooks. So, now that they've all tried the point, that's all they want...so, I hardly ever get to save any slices from the point anymore. ;)
